PPCs Turn Traffic into Lucrative Earnings

For the past few weeks the SearchAnyway blog team has been busy working on several innovative concepts for this space. Our brilliant webmaster Vitold has some wonderful web design ideas he is eager to display. Additionally, my hardworking colleague Sanjay and I are equally excited about forthcoming topics we’ll be discussing on this blog. We like to consider the SearchAnyway blog our online playground and we hope you’ll join us for the ride.

While brainstorming about what we should first discuss on the blog, one issue did come to our immediate attention: we realized that there are still multitudes of web publishers who have never been formally introduced to the profitable world of PPC marketing. Many websites explain what PPCs are, but not enough explain how PPCs can work for you, the webmaster. With that in mind, we used our expertise to provide you with valuable information right here on our blog. (This is the part where you express a sigh of relief.)

If you have ever wanted a simple introduction to PPCs then you’ve come to the perfect place. The PPC industry is a multibillion dollar industry, and once you get a good grasp of its inner workings, you’ll be surprised at the size of the financial reward. We like to consider this your moment to finally cash in on your traffic, as has already been achieved by some of our web publishing clients who make a living full-time as our affiliate.

What are PPCs?

PPC is an acronym for pay per click. There are two sides to PPC marketing. On one hand, advertisers want to attract targeted traffic to their website. Therefore, they bid on keywords relevant to their site, which then appear as sponsored results in search engines—the higher the bid, the higher the ranking of that advertiser’s site on the search engine. On the other hand, there are programs that allow you to become an affiliate of a PPC search engine—like SearchAnyway for example. Our simple feed helps you integrate our profitable search results directly onto your website. This is just one of the few easy methods to begin earning revenue. By providing relevant search results for your visitors, you raise awareness about your site and peak advertisers’ interests, simultaneously. Even better, you receive a commission for all that targeted traffic your website sends to the PPC search engine with whom you are affiliated.

How do I find a PPC search engine?

Guess what? You already have found a PPC search engine. Some of the top or first tier PPC search engines are names with which you are already familiar. Yahoo! Search Marketing (formerly Overture) is a major player in the industry, as is Google. MSN also has their own PPC service called Microsoft adCenter.

Second tiers are medium-sized players in the industry. They handle a good percentage of the work involved in attracting quality advertisers to your website. It’s less hassle for most web publishers, especially those who don’t have the time for marketing. SearchAnyway is a perfect example of a medium-sized or second tier PPC.

What do I get out of this?

As an active player in online search marketing, we have multiple agreements with several major PPC search engines. What does this mean for you? Well, these partnerships offer more quality search feeds and personalized support to affiliates. When it comes to support, web publishers get little to no replies from top PPCs, because they get caught up in all sorts of bureaucracy. In our case, we provide immediate personalized support, in addition to a variety
